Stronger Customer Loyalty, Lower Marketing Costs
Higher competitive pressure, new channels in the CRM, an increasing number of customers with ever higher demands - in order to meet these requirements, modern solutions are required. For this purpose, an integrated, adjusted and accurate view on the customer is essential. A progressive data warehouse architecture which can also be implemented without influencing operative processes, does not only support businesses in coping with new challenges, but also entails new chances: from progressive measures to prevent terminations to individualized marketing measures up to a large variety of "next best activity" possibilities. Thus, your customers can be optimally supported.
Recognizing and Seizing Future Opportunities - by Means of Customer-Centered Data Warehousing
A customer-centered DWH is an essential part of a business's intellectual capital in order to personally address customers wherever possible. In a time in which long-term customer loyalty is increasingly rare, it is ever more important to develop a good customer relationship in order to increase customer loyalty and, above all, the customer lifetime value. Customer-centered DWH systems primarily support the sales and marketing division of an organization. Via new DWH systems, customer profiles can be created, promotion and marketing campaigns can be planned and analyzed, ABC analyses created or cross-selling possibilities discovered. In addition, they are especially suitable for reports in order to receive new perspectives of previous measures. Thus, one gets new insights and is able to recognize optimization possibilities more quickly. Future potentials can be recognized by means of the latest analysis methods whereby competitive advantages can be achieved.
