The first of our keynote speakers is already confirmed
"The courage to change - out of the box" - an inspiring and motivating lecture on developing the courage and willingness to change. We are living in a time of great change. A time when it is still not clear how digitalization will ultimately play out. Today, it is not only changing industries, but it is affecting our cities, our everyday lives, and even people. Despite the opportunities that this new era undoubtedly has to offer, many people and businesses are worried that they might have already missed the boat. But sustained success never happens without change. And change is more than anything else a question of attitude, the courage to engage with something new, to change our routines and habits and to persevere. This applies to organizations as well as individuals.
Comedian, Keynote-Speaker & Moderator
Klaus-Jürgen Deuser, the originator of NightWash, built this comedy format into a springboard for an entire generation of German comedians. He received the German Comedy Award in 2016 for his work and is considered one of the pioneers of today's German comedy scene. From 2008 to 2013, in parallel with his stage work, he was the CEO responsible for developing the live performance activities of a subsidiary of the Brainpool independent TV production company. Since 2013, he has set up two other companies specializing in event tourism and management. It may be this unusual mixture that makes him so interesting – as a comedian, keynote speaker, presenter, and human being.

The event was last held in 2018 under the name of BI Congress. Developments over the past few years have allowed us to extend the remit of our BI Congress and at the same time change its name.
