3rd Dialogue Forum “CRM Tools of the Future“ in Frankfurt/Main, Munich and Cologne

In 2013, the participants of the dialogue forum "CRM Tools of the Future" in Frankfurt/Main, Munich and Cologne may again look forward to obtaining a comprehensive overview of the latest trends and developments relating to the topic CRM.  Because it is already the third round of the lecture series organized by Management Circle AG and again this year, it features the exciting motto "Optimal Customer Management through Smart IT Solutions". The target audience of the event comprises CEOs, managing directors, CIOs, CSOs as well as experts and senior executives from the areas of IT and support, marketing, sales, campaign and database management, information management, target group management, system and channel management as well as CRM and analytics.

Lecture series in three cities

A strategic overview relating to the topic of customer relation management will be given on three different dates in three cities in cooperation with specialists and various providers from the services, trade and manufacturing industries.
