Munich, April 12, 2019 – For the fourth year in succession, b.telligent was rated one of Germany's leading consulting firms for business intelligence, CRM, big data and DWH in the "Data Analytics & Big Data" category of the latest industry survey published by brand eins Wissen und Statista.
Germany's top ten best consultancy companies revealed in the latest "Consulting" special edition
Who are the country's best consultants? That's the question the team from brand eins Wissen and Statista has asked itself every year for the past six years. 308 large and small consultancy firms have made it onto the list – something of a mixed bunch. The reason for including such a wide variation in sizes is to shed light on the growing German consulting services market, which is becoming increasingly difficult to make sense of. The 308 consulting firms were therefore divided into 16 sectors and 18 fields of work, something that will serve as a guide not only for potential clients but also for future job applicants and career starters. Some of the key questions the editorial team asked in the study were: "What makes a good consultant, who focuses on practical solutions, and what methodologies ensure long-term success? The list of the best was based on recommendations from colleagues and customers.
b.telligent among the best in the Data Analytics & Big Data category
Its growing number of high-profile customers from many different industries, its large partner network, and the solid technical expertise of its staff earned b.telligent a place as one of Germany’s best consulting companies in Germany for the fourth consecutive year.
For b.telligent's managing director Sebastian Amtage this award is a sign of the firm's success. "To be given this award by brand eins Wissen and Statista for a fourth time is a sure sign that we are on the right track. I would like to express my special thanks to our industry colleagues and customers whose votes have once again validated our work – especially in the field of data analytics & big data."
How was the survey carried out
According to Statista, the statistical process used to determine the best consultants in 2019 was the same as in previous years. The first step was to ask the consultants themselves which particular consulting firms they would recommend for various specialist fields of consultancy. A total of 7,026 partners, principals and senior managers were contacted; 1,825 completed and returned the questionnaire. The next step was to carry out a customer survey of approximately 1,500 senior managers. The list of the best emerged from the opinions expressed by both of the groups surveyed, which revealed exactly who, like b.telligent, had built up a good reputation in the market and had succeeded in impressing their customers.
