Munich, 16th November, 2017 - The Munich-based business consultancy b.telligent, a leading specialist in the introduction and advancement of business intelligence, customer relationship management and big data solutions, is to acquire the shares of ASC technologies AG in the Berlin-based software company MYCOM AG. Founded in 2001, MYCOM AG is a well-known provider of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for contact and service centers. With more than 10,000 users and numerous authorized partners, MYCOM is one of the market leaders engaged in consultancy and introduction of high-quality software solutions for customer relationship management as part of customer service in Germany.
With its stake in MYCOM, b.telligent continues to expand its consultancy portfolio in the area of customer service, thus consistently pursuing the growth strategy of the b.telligent group of companies.
"Also in the age of digitization, customer service remains an important channel of contact to customers. Through intensive collaboration with MYCOM, b.telligent now has direct access to know-how regarding contact and service centers.
