Software developer Apteco, a specialist in marketing data analysis and multi-channel campaign management, has been part of the b.telligent partner network since 2012. The annual meet-up at the Apteco Exclusive Partner Event (APEX) and the Apteco User Group Conference in London has been a regular diary entry. This year, a surprise was in store for the team accompanying Laurentius Malter, head of b.telligent's customer intelligence competence center: on the flight home, the luggage contained one extra item: an 'Apteco Partner of the Year Award'.
A long-standing partnership of equals
Martin Clark, managing director of Apteco, thanked everyone for attending the Partner of the Year awards presentation: "We are proud of our partner network, which now consists of 22 partners. We are particularly pleased to recognize b.telligent as our DACH Partner of the Year in appreciation of their excellent work this year. Thank you also for the past seven years of partnership, which we know will continue".
Laurentius Malter is also delighted with the award, which he and his team collected at Lord's Cricket Ground in London, the world's most famous cricket ground. "Our partner network is very important to us, and Apteco is a reliable and trusted partner," says the customer intelligence specialist. "This second successive award confirms the value of our collaboration and our trust-based partnership of equals".
