Munich, 23 March 2012 – Together with b.telligent, arcplan opens the second Germany-based arcplan training center in Munich. The arcplan experts with b.telligent will provide training for beginners, advanced users and even experts as from May 2012.
The opening of the second training center in Germany once again intensifies the successful partnership between b.telligent and arcplan. Since July 2011, the arcplan experts with b.telligent have been sharing their experience in the arcplan blog. Practical articles deal with best practices when developing applications with arcplan. The authors introduce tips and tricks with initial stages of solutions for tricky problems, deal with interface-related topics and inform about new features pertaining to the entire arcplan product suite.
The training sessions are held by the blog authors in Munich. Overall, the training follows the three-step program which contains the levels basic, advanced and expert.
“The acceptance of BI solutions is decisively influenced by the level of education of the application developers and we are happy to have found a partner in b.telligent who is able to competently impart the necessary arcplan knowledge” says Achim Röhe, VP Professional Services EMEA and responsible for the training at arcplan.
In four-day basic seminars, the participants are provided with the necessary knowledge to independently develop, expand and maintain applications with arcplan Enterprise. The four-day seminar for advanced users is designed for application developers or project managers who already have some experience with arcplan Enterprise. Here, the participants are given a complete insight into the flexibility and functionality which are required for the comprehensive development of arcplan solutions. The interrelation between multiple relational and multidimensional databases in complex reports is treated in detail. For arcplan users who intend to obtain the CaEAD certification, there is finally the possibility to enroll in the three-day expert seminar required for this purpose.
“The opening of the first arcplan training center in Munich, which at the same time is only the fourth in the whole of Europe, underpins our status as experts in the implementation of arcplan solutions” says Stefan Kersten, Manager of the Competence Center Business Performance Management with b.telligent. “At the same time, we have the possibility to specifically gain insights into the everyday problems through the communication with the training participants, to develop optimization measures and also to recognize trends and/or future challenges in the businesses which use arcplan. These insights are important when further developing business intelligence solutions in order to achieve the best possible result both for the IT departments and for the specialist departments.”
The first basic seminar takes place from May 21 to 24. Participants for the advanced user seminar are welcomed from September 17 to 20.
