The new offices in Berlin and Hanover bring b.telligent much closer to its customers in these areas.
Regionality as a growth strategy
The office network expansion is a part of the company's ambitious business growth strategy. "We have a strong base in our head office in Munich, from where we manage the majority of our business," says b.telligent founder and managing director Sebastian Amtage. "But our customers base is now scattered throughout Germany and Switzerland – so strengthening our network through expansion is the logical next move."
Getting closer to the customer: a great benefit for employees
The expansion has numerous advantages for b.telligent, as Klaus Blaschek, the other founder and managing director of b.telligent, explains: "Regional expansion will remain high on our list of priorities through to 2025. For one thing, greater proximity to our customers means we are better able to deliver optimal care and support. For another, we believe strongly in helping our employees achieve an optimum work-life balance. The addition of our new offices means that we can deploy our consultants closer to their homes."
