b.telligent, one of the leading management consultancies for business intelligence, customer relationship management and e-commerce in the DACH area, also participated in the Campus Fair at Heinrich Heine University on Wednesday, 14 May 2014. b.telligent's recruiting team took the opportunity to give all interested parties an insight into the consultancy and also to answer all questions regarding the career world. Equipped with plenty of information material on the business and the various career entry opportunities with b.telligent, and some helpful career tips, the recruiting team held numerous interesting talks with the potential young professionals. As b.telligent attaches great importance to both specialist skills and individual and social competencies in the course of its personnel selection, face-to-face conversations and a first personal meeting are of great importance and thus lay the foundation for a successful cooperation. Because it is not only the applicant who must be a good match for the business, but the business must also be a good match for the applicant.

In addition to numerous exhibitors, which operate regionally, nationally and also internationally, the organizers of the Campus Fair Düsseldorf have also organized a supporting programme with various presentations. The agenda focused on topics such as which skills and knowledge characterize a top applicant and how graduates can set up a successful business with an idea. The visitors and the exhibitors equally benefit from the informal setting of the career day and the numerous information possibilities for the students and graduates. Mareike Schumacher, Head of Human Resources with b.telligent, is evidently satisfied with the recruiting day at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf: "We had the possibility for many interesting conversations with the students and would like to thank everyone for that.
