Munich, 28 September 2017 – On 1 September 2017, Christian Niembs (40) arrived to strengthen the b.telligent team as a management consultant for the Project Management & Methods competence center. He brings with him many years of experience in a variety of BI consulting and management roles, with a particular specialism in end-to-end project management and BI system implementation.
Prior to joining b.telligent, Christian Niembs was a BI consultant at SHS Viveon AG, where he was responsible for the DWH, BI and Data Science operations. During his time there, he oversaw the successful completion, from design to implementation, of a number of multidisciplinary projects for clients and also implemented planning and reporting solutions for high profile companies. During his twelve years as a consultant and manger in both SAP and non-SAP environments, Christian has held various roles – from developer and concept developer to project manager and architect.
When asked what had most influenced this career move, Christian said, "I was impressed both by the depth of specialist knowledge and by the clarity of strategic thinking that b.intelligent applies to the successful implementation of its BI projects. Particularly in combination with its extensive technology know-how and the high seniority within the teams, this makes b.telligent a very strong player in the BI market, and I look forward to contributing to its growth strategy."
Klaus Blaschek, managing director of b.telligent, is pleased to welcome Christian Niembs, another BI consultant with extensive experience of the German market: "We are proud to have succeeded in recruiting Christian Niembs for b.telligent." Christian is regarded as one of the sector's most capable business intelligence and data warehousing consultants and is a well known figure in the German BI market. His twelve years of experience working with industries such as retail, finance and telecommunications will be of great benefit to b.telligent as we move closer to becoming the leading BI consultancy in the German-speaking world."
