b.telligent helps now in implementation of the HICHERT®SUCCESS Rules

 

Munich, 13. May 2013 - b.telligent, one of the leading consultancies for business intelligence, customer relationship management and e-commerce extends its service portfolio and competences in the field of management and business reports. By means of binding rules, clear messages and reduction to the essentials, the efficiency of internal and external reporting is increased. In the course of this qualification, Stefan Kersten, Manager of the Competence Centre Business Performance Management with b.telligent, has achieved the HICHERT CERTIFIED CONSULTANT (HCC) certification.

HICHERT+PARTNER is a consulting, training and software business for selected topics of business communication founded in 2004. The focus is on the conceptual and above all, the visual design of management and business reports as well as on the presentation of information. On a regular basis, HICHERT+PARTNER organizes seminars and lectures on these topics. The customers are primarily consultancy and software businesses as well as large businesses from all industries. 

Based on these principles, seven different areas of standardization for both the written (e.g. reports, statistics) and the oral (e.g. presentations, lectures) business communication were developed.  The seven areas derive from the word SUCCESS, each letter a new area of standardization- Say, Unify, Condense, Check, Enable, Simplify, Structure. Starting with the imparting of the message and the standardization of the meaning to the consolidation of the information, the assurance of quality and the avoidance of complexity to the content structure and finally the realization of the concept - there are appropriate rules for each area.  

Consultants with several years of practical experience in controlling and business intelligence projects are involved in the program HICHERT CERTIFIED CONSULTANTS (HCC). In this process, the certified consultants complete a four-day training on the HICHERT®SUCCESS Rules - including certification test and creation of two work samples.
