In order to be able to better develop the online market segment, b.telligent was commissioned by BRITA with the implementation of a campaign management solution including a data warehouse which enables the planning of e-commerce activities on the basis of reliable and fast data evaluation. The successful implementation of the project has been awarded by a jury twice already this year: on 6 June 2011, the business intelligence (BI) solution implemented by b.telligent was awarded the “Best Practice Award Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing 2011“. On the basis of the implemented BI solution, BRITA was able to successfully expand the online business and was thus able to secure the CRM Best Practice Award at CRM Expo in Nuremberg on 5 October, 2011.
