Statement by the b.telligent Management in the Face of SARS-CoV-2

Dear Customer and Partner,

The world has changed. What seemed like science fiction only a moment ago, is now reality. The SARS-CoV-2 virus is posing novel challenges – and it’s everyone’s duty to confront this with the due degree of caution and prudence.

At b.telligent, we are aware of our mutual responsibilities towards each other, our customers, partners, and within our teams. Hence, we would like to inform you today of how we are handling the current situation.

This week, we issued a clear recommendation that all team members shall immediately stop working at our offices and customer premises – because we value the health of your and our employees and do not wish to take any needless risks. Luckily, our excellent infrastructure enables us to coordinate work virtually and remotely, and thereby continue delivering high-quality services. This also means that your representatives should be able to get in touch via existing channels, as in the past. The post-corona age will come – let’s all work together towards that!
