Munich, July 12, 2012 – b.telligent, one of the leading German consultancies for business intelligence, customer relationship management and e-commerce within the DACH region, has just launched a new corporate design and a revised website.
Eight years after its formation in 2004, b.telligent has more than established itself as a business intelligence consultancy. This is clearly recognizable by the continuous growth: b.telligent started with a total of three employees; now, there are a total of approximately 90 employees at the headquarters in Munich, the sister company established in Zurich in 2009, and the branch offices in Düsseldorf and Hamburg, which were established in 2011.
As a technology-independent consultancy, b.telligent stands the test, particularly due to its extensive solution portfolio and profound competencies. The innovation and implementation competencies, as well as the holistic project approach in the areas of business intelligence, customer relationship management and e-commerce, also convinced expert juries: in 2009, the solution for measuring campaign success developed by b.telligent with Telefónica Germany ranked second in the “Barc Best Practice Award”. In 2011, the same institute rewarded the solution “DWH, E-Commerce Strategy and Campaign Management as Software as a Service”, implemented for BRITA by b.telligent, with the first place. This solution also received the “CRM Best Practice Award” by CRM Expo’s expert jury.
Part of the new corporate design of b.telligent is the new web presence. The modern design and the clearly structured user guidance invite the viewer to look at the website in detail. In this process, the extended logo visualizes the b.telligent standard of closed loop business intelligence, the cycle of continuous process optimization.
