On Thursday, 5 June 2014, the consultancy b.telligent took part in Southern Germany's largest career fair as exhibitor for the sixth time. The four-day event took place at the Garmisch campus of Technische Universität Munich - one of Europe's most renowned universities. In the course of this successful career forum, all students and graduates have the unique opportunity to personally meet regionally, nationally and even internationally operating businesses from every industry and to learn about the different career entry opportunities.
IKOM with b.telligent's Recruiting Team
b.telligent, one of the leading management consultancies for business intelligence, customer relationship management and e-commerce in the DACH region, has once again decided to take part in IKOM in Munich this year. In addition to the numerous one-on-one conversations which b.telligent's recruiting team had with previously selected students and graduates, all visitors were invited to actively participate in the panel discussion with b.telligent and to ask about the professional environment at b.telligent.
Stefanie Wolz, in charge of HR & Recruiting with b.telligent, is very satisfied with the attendance of IKOM in Garching near Munich in 2014: "We had very many interesting and in-depth conversations with students at our booth and would like to say 'Thank you' again to all students and the organization team of the Technische Universität for a very nice and successful career day".
IKOM 2014
From 2 to 5 June 2014, the annual career fair IKOM took place in Munich for the 26th time. The special feature of IKOM is that its premiere in 1989 was voluntarily organized and hosted by approximately 90 students of the Technische Universität. Thus, the IKOM team was able to attract some well-known personalities from the management boards of Siemens AG, Porsche AG and Daimler AG as this year's guest speakers. In addition, a presenter of Bayerischer Rundfunk has agreed to actively accompany and guide the panel discussion, in which three to four business representatives from the same industry answer the students' questions and comments. In addition to these interesting impressions of the career forum, all visitors were able to obtain information on current diploma, bachelor and master theses, internships and work study positions from the 268 + businesses. In addition, IKOM offers all students and graduates helpful tips on various topics, such as e.g. how to write a proper application or how to set up a successful own business. Once again in 2014, IKOM presented itself as the ideal communication platform for all topics regarding the working world.
