b.telligent as first time exhibitor at the “Unternehmensbörse“ Hof
On Tuesday, 14 May 2013, b.telligent participated in the “Unternehmerbörse“ at the University Hof for the first time. There, businesses of various industries met students who are interested in a traineeship, a working student position or a direct career entry.
The ”Unternehmensbörse“ in Hof
For 14 years now, the “Unternehmerbörse“ has been offering exhibiting businesses an ideal possibility to get to know future employees and managers. Local, national and international businesses present traineeships and work student positions to the students, offer student degree theses or present open positions for graduates.
The various businesses from all industries used the opportunity to present themselves with a booth and to personally meet with the professors and the 3,200+ students from Hof University. The fields of study at the University Hof include economics, engineering, informatics as well as various Master and part-time degrees.
The continuously increasing number of exhibitors also illustrates the success of the annual recruitment fair. After 74 in the past year, this year there were 83 businesses from various industries which used the opportunity to exchange ideas with the students in an informal and personal atmosphere and thus make initial contacts.

In the business, which obtained the certification as Top Job Business in January, it is known that not only the applicant must be a good match for the business, but the business must also be a good match for the applicant. Because in addition to the professional requirements, qualifications and topic-specific specializations, the ability to work in a team and interpersonal factors such as good cooperation or positive work atmosphere are becoming more and more important.
