Travian Games focuses on forward-looking campain management

 

Munich, 09 January 2014 -Travian Games counts on the campaign management system solution PeopleStage by Apteco. The solution's performance and scalability as well as the software's flexibility regarding the linking of additional email service providers convinced Travian Games. b.telligent, one of the leading German consultancies for business intelligence, customer relationship management and e-commerce in the DACH region, supports Travian Games in the implementation.

With approximately 130 million registered players worldwide and 170 employees, Travian Games GmbH is one of the leading developers and publishers of online browser games. Principally, the use of the offered games is free of charge, unrestricted and available on a permanent basis. Travian optionally offers the players the possibility to attain gameplay benefits by purchasing items or in-game currencies. In this context, particular attention is paid to optimal gameplay fun and balance even without the use of chargeable features. In order to find the suitable solution provider in the course of the optimization of its CRM environment around a campaign management, Travian Games commissioned the management consultancy b.telligent with the evaluation and subsequently also with the implementation of an optimal campaign management solution.

In the course of the evaluation of different providers, the campaign management solution PeopleStage by Apteco combined with the Apteco Discoverer as analysis surface turned out to be the optimal choice for Travian Games. Within the scope of a proof of concept, Travian Games' substantive requirements in the productive environment could be proven by means of the Apteco solutions. In this context, a particular challenge in the dispatch of the emails was that campaigns are intended to be run in up to 42 different language areas.
