On 24 and 25 October 2017, b.telligent will be attending the #DPK17 in Leipzig, the largest event in Germany dedicated to the digital transformation. The transparent, uncluttered lines of the Leipzig Exhibition Centre provide an ideal backdrop to the topic of digitization.
The Influence of Digitization
The digital transformation is bringing about enormous changes in the world of work as well as in society at large. We are constantly online with our smartphones, and companies are having to alter their strategies and processes to deal with the fact that digitization affects their organizations. Some may be critical of these changes, but that's not going to stop the progress of digital transformation. To remain competitive, companies need to prepare for the future today. This year, the #DPK17 in Leipzig will once again demonstrate the potential that lies behind it and reveal some of the untold possibilities that it holds.
The IoT in action
This year's #DPK17 focuses on the IoT. It will dedicate an entire day to the topic, the pre-day on October 23, when visitors will also be able to learn more about subjects ranging from the development of IoT solutions to realigning business models to cater for digitization.
On the first and second days, the main focus will be on keynotes, networking, the exhibition booths, breakout sessions and workshops. You will find a more detailed program here.
The challenge at the #DPK17
This year, the #DPK17 will seamlessly link to a fundraising campaign for "Children in Need" in Germany. To celebrate its 50th anniversary, the international children's charity "terre des hommes" has started a fund-raising campaign with a target of five million euros, which it plans to achieve through a number of different campaigns. As soon as the first €2,000 has been collected, the Microsoft GTM team will give up coffee-to-go cups for one month!
b.telligent will be there!
To make sure we stay in touch with the very latest developments and trends in this rapidly growing market, our b.telligent experts Stefan Kersten, head of CC Business Performance and Management, Stefan Rann, team lead, and Matthias Nohl, senior consultant, will be attending the event.
