Sebastian, co-founder and managing partner of b.telligent, is a true visionary. His greatest passion? Supporting young, innovative startups in the data space and beyond. As a serial entrepreneur, he dedicates himself to helping creative minds turn their ideas into reality, drawing on over 20 years of expertise.

A father of three, Sebastian is a man of big dreams. When asked what he’d be doing if he hadn’t founded b.telligent, his answer is clear: he’d be in SpaceX’s Dragon capsule heading to the ISS. It’s a testament to his unrelenting pioneering spirit—whether on Earth or beyond.

Klaus is the co-founder and managing director of b.telligent – and a true expert in data-driven innovation. A trained physicist and proud Swiss by choice, he brings over 20 years of experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, and customer intelligence. His extensive project expertise spans everything from complex international initiatives to optimizing entire value chains, seamlessly combining technical excellence with strategic foresight.

Privately, Klaus treasures time with his wife and two daughters. As a true mountain enthusiast, he takes full advantage of his adopted Swiss home, spending his free time actively – whether engaging in sports or exploring the majestic Alps.

Klaus-Dieter – known to colleagues simply as "KD" – has been strengthening b.telligent’s leadership trio in Germany since 2022. His true passion? Business development and sales. With over 30 years of experience at companies such as T-Systems, Sopra Steria Consulting, and NTT Data Germany, he brings invaluable expertise to these areas. As a co-founder and board member of TDWI e.V., the largest German-speaking business intelligence community, KD is one of the most recognized faces in the BI market. When it comes to expertise and networking in BI, it hardly gets better than this.

Privately, KD is based in the Rhine-Main metropolis of Frankfurt, where he enjoys spending time with his family and his part-time dog – striking the perfect balance between professional dedication and personal downtime.

Although Sandro once planned to pursue a career in construction, his journey ultimately led him to b.telligent – more specifically, to the Basel office. In his hometown, Sandro channels his passion and talent for inspiring others and unlocking their full potential to drive the growth of b.telligent’s Swiss locations. With over 15 years of experience in designing, developing, and operating data analytics and business intelligence solutions, he brings impressive technical expertise to the table, especially when working with agile, multicultural, and cross-functional teams.

Outside the world of data, Sandro is a true globetrotter. Whether embarking on adventurous backpacking trips in Russia (without speaking a word of Russian) or during his 1.5 years in South America and China, he’s constantly drawn to explore distant places.

Caspar is a true Munich native, but he made Basel his new home many years ago. Together with Sandro, he leads b.telligent’s operations in Switzerland. As an expert in complex IT projects, steering committees, and transformation initiatives, he’s the go-to person for tackling demanding challenges. With extensive experience in data analytics, business development, digital transformation, and project management, Caspar combines strategic vision with hands-on operational strength.

Caspar is a team player – not only at b.telligent but also in his second passion: social engagement. He is a co-founder of Teams 4 Charity, an organization that raises funds through sporting and social business events to support regional institutions, associations, and people in need.
